We have more than 130 shops in 11 countries.

1. How can I know if the item I selected has stock available?

When viewing the article you will see details on availability. In case there is no stock, the purchase button will be disabled.

2. Will I find in the online store the same products as in physical stores?

No. In our web store you will find exclusive items that can only be purchased online. All these products have a special label.

3. Can I purchase an exclusive online article at my nearest Party Fiesta store?

No. All exclusive items must be purchased online through our web store. After the purchase, you can pick up your order at your Party Fiesta shop.

4. Will I find in the online store the same prices as in the Party Fiesta shops?

Yes, on our website you will find the same prices as in our Party Fiesta shops.
As an exception, orders placed as a company are subject to their own pricing policy and are applicable only to the online store.

5. Do the terms of sale for companies also apply in stores?

No, prices and sale conditions for companies only apply in the online shop for businesses.

6. I cannot find the item I want, can you help me?

Sure! Send an email to service.client@partyfiesta.com with your request and we will try to find the product you are looking for. If it is a special order, you can also contact our Events Department by completing this form.

7. I bought balloons, will they be delivered inflated?

No, all balloons purchased on our website are sent uninflated.

The inflation of balloons purchased outside of our stores has an extra charge. Therefore, if you bought balloons in our web store, do not forget to present the purchase ticket!

Yes, you can pick up an order at a Party Fiesta Shop from 70€ purchase. The costs of store pickup and home delivery are the same.
Once your order is at the shop, our staff will contact you by phone or e-mail to tell you that you can pick it up.

4. Do you do international shipping?

Currently we ship to Spain, Portugal and Germany.

Order

1. Is there a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum amount to place an order.
Note that depending on the amount there are shipping costs or not. Check the shipping terms here.

2. Do I need to register to buy?

No it's not necessary, but we recommend it.
This way you will not have to indicate your contact details each time you place an order, you can create lists with your favorite items, view your purchase history ... and have exclusive discounts!

3. How can I return an ordered item?

After receiving the order, you have 14 business days to make the total or partial refund of the order. Contact us at service.client@partyfiesta.com indicating the reason for return and send the items in their original packaging to our warehouse:

If you received a defective or wrong product, we will process the collection and assume the shipping costs.

4. Can I return items purchased online at any Party Fiesta store?

No, we manage all returns exclusively online.

5. Can I modify an order I just made?

No, as soon as we receive the order, it is no longer possible to modify it.
If you want to add products to your order you must place a new order with the missing items.

6. Can I change the delivery address of the order?

At the time of placing the order you can indicate a delivery address different from the billing address.
If you want to change the delivery address once the order has been placed and sent, contact our Customer Service to change it in time.

 

Payment

1. Is it safe to make a purchase on the web store?

At Party Fiesta we are aware of the importance of Internet security. For that reason, we guarantee full safety for all your online purchases.
Party Party uses insurance systems of leading financial institutions in electronic commerce payment. In this sense, confidential payment details are transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the financial institution. Also, Party Fiesta we fulfil the Organic Law on Data Protection with our clear and transparent policy privacy.

2. How can I pay for my purchases in the web store?

In Party Fiesta we accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit or Debit card (VISA or Mastercard).
  • Paypal.
  • Making a bank transfer to the indicated account number when ordering. Send proof of payment to service.client@partyfiesta.com so our warehouse can prepare the order.
