Products purchased at www.partyfiesta.com are subject to the guarantees of the respective manufacturer or distributor.
Party Fiesta is not responsible as a distributor. The warranty is only valid for damage to the factory, not for damage caused by faulty application or manipulation.
4. Payment methods
By transferring the money to the account specified in the order process. The transfer slip must be sent to email@example.com. Only then the goods are prepared for shipping in the warehouse.
5. Exchange and return of products
Exchange of articles:
The customer's exchange and return shall be valid for 14 business days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Exchange and Return Policy:
In order to return or exchange products, it is recommended to contact our Customer Service via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
PARTY FIESTA recommends to return the product in its original packaging, otherwise the total price of the article can not be refunded. Costumes / dressings may only be taken out of the packaging for checking the correct size and the perfect condition of the item.
PARTY FIESTA only accepts withdrawal of products which have the following characteristics:
The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered and must be returned in its original packaging and original labels. The shipment has to be done by the contractor. The product should not be used or modified. This means that it will not be used, washed and all accessories should be included. Please check the parts included in the package before returning the product.
The following products are excluded from the exchange:
* Personalized products
* Welded products, air-tight packaged products such as gloves, panties, pants etc. can not be changed after the packaging has been opened.
* The exchange of items is excluded. Only the money is refunded.
The money for all items returned within 14 days according to the General Terms and Conditions will be refunded within 14 days from the date of sending the return form.
This period can be extended until the returned item arrives in our warehouse or a shipping confirmation is sent to us.
Only the money for the product will be refunded, not its shipping costs (neither dispatch nor return), unless it is a wrong or defective product. In this case Party Fiesta assumes the shipping costs.
If you get a defective or damaged product, the product will be replaced or its price reduced depending on the type of defect or damage. The cost is paid by Party Fiesta.
